About Service Culture Academy

Service Is Infrastructure.

Who we are Service Culture Academy helps organisations design disciplined service systems that drive sustainable growth.

Service Culture Academy helps organisations design disciplined service systems that drive sustainable growth.

We believe service is not a department but operational infrastructure — the structure that determines how consistently an organisation performs.

When infrastructure is weak, performance becomes inconsistent. However, when infrastructure is clear and disciplined, growth becomes sustainable.

What We Do

Our work is guided by the Service Infrastructure Framework™, which focuses on four interconnected layers:

  • Structure – standards and governance

  • Culture – disciplined behaviours aligned to outcomes

  • Systems – processes supported by intelligent tools

  • Growth – measurable retention and performance

By aligning these layers, we design service architecture that supports accountability, consistency, and scale.

Leadership

Service Culture Academy was founded by Priscilia Chika Amadi, a Service Infrastructure & Growth Strategist.

She works with organisations to move from reactive service management to structured performance systems. Her central belief is simple: sustainable growth is built on infrastructure — not intention.

Why It Matters Organisations that treat service as infrastructure:

improve retention, strengthen accountability, reduce operational friction, and support long-term growth.

Service excellence is not accidental. It is designed.
